Declaration of Human Rights Management of
the Seoul Foundation of Women and Family
The Seoul Foundation of Women and Family embraces international human rights standards and norms. The foundation upholds the principle of prioritizing people in all aspects of management and pledges to respect and protect the human rights of all stakeholders affected by the operation and execution of our projects.
1. Non-Discrimination in Employment: We do not discriminate in employment based on gender, age, religion, disability, socioeconomic status, family type, place of origin, or any other grounds.
2. Prohibition of Unfair Labor: We strictly prohibit all forms of unfair labor, including child and forced labor.
3. Freedom of Assembly and Collective Bargaining: We uphold the rights of our employees, including the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.
4. Eliminating Discrimination and Violence and Guaranteeing Women's and Children's Rights: We are at the forefront of eliminating various forms of social discrimination, including those based on gender, age, and hierarchy, while actively ensuring the rights of women and children.
5. Environmental Commitment: We adhere to domestic and international environmental laws and regulations to promote environmental protection and prevent pollution.
6. Prevention of Human Rights Violations: We proactively prevent human rights violations and diligently work toward remedies and redress of grievances.
7. Provision of a Secure and Conducive Working Environment: We guarantee a secure and conducive working environment.
8. Conducting Duties Transparently, Fairly, and with Integrity: We carry out our duties transparently, fairly, and with integrity.
9. Stakeholder Responsiveness and Data Protection: We promptly and accurately respond to all stakeholder demands while ensuring the protection of relevant information, including personal information collected during business operations.
10. Communication and Respect for Stakeholder Rights: We engage in open communication and actively cooperate with and support all stakeholders, including employees, users, partners, related institutions, and local communities, in order to respect and protect their human rights.
